The Springwater Committee of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body of 5 members of the public, appointed by Council, to make decisions on consents (severances) and minor variances. The Committee relies on the planning documents adopted by Council such as the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to guide its decisions. The meetings will be in held in a hybrid format (virtual and in-person). Zoom details will be published in the meeting agenda.
